The first time I sat down with this bride, she told me she wanted a black wedding invitation. And from that point, conventionalism continued to be thrown out the window. This was a bride with a very hip design vision. Oversized silver necklaces for the bridesmaids, no flowers for the dining tables, a dark gray palette and three disco balls hanging above all of it. Don’t let the darkness throw you, though. The warmth of a thousand candles was surpassed by the warmth and love of this family that evening.
